A small studio that takes long-lived software seriously.
Appfinity was founded in 2019 by engineers tired of watching promising products collapse under their own architecture. We stayed small on purpose: senior people, direct communication, and code we would be happy to inherit.
Our practice
Full-stack engineers and automation specialists in one squad.
Every engagement is staffed with a lead engineer who stays with you from discovery to handover, supported by specialists who rotate in for data modelling, automation design, infrastructure, or interface work as the project needs them.
We work in the open: shared repository access from day one, a public backlog, and weekly written status notes that anybody in your organisation can read without a meeting invitation.
Our clients are operations teams, funded startups, and product groups inside larger companies — the people who need working software this quarter, not a slide deck.

Founded as a two-person contract shop building internal tools for logistics operators.
2021
Added a dedicated automation practice after our first large RPA reconciliation programme.

Shipped our first multi-tenant SaaS platform end to end, from data model to metered billing.
